SSRDP Management

  • The Programme Support Unit (PSU) manages the programme at the level of the Governorate. The PSU is staffed by a team of Egyptian professionals and is assisted by a Technical Assistance Team of BMB – Mott MacDonald from the Netherlands;
  • The PSU facilitates the process of awarding and monitoring of the contracts in the two Components. It is responsible for the management of the contracts and payments, providing needed technical assistance, and establishing and maintaining internal quality control and monitoring systems, as per EU Guidelines and Regulations.
